Dear Barb,
I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation
for the outstanding job you did with our website.
From the beginning, you were very professional and quickly
grasped the concept behind the site. You listened to my
suggestions and, as far as possible, implemented them. Through
discussions and email exchanges, you kept me regularly informed
of the progress on the site as it was being developed, and
sought my feedback.
The result is an exceptionally 'clean' looking, user friendly
and full featured website. It has exceeded my expectations.
The flash that you had developed for our home page is excellent
and perfectly reflects the idea behind the site.
For anyone reading this; if you are thinking of retaining
the services of a highly competent and friendly web designer,
whose services are reasonably priced, look no further. Barb
Khayat of Cassiopeia Designs is the person for you.
I look forward to future contact with Barb, whenever we
do our yearly "tune up" and updating of our site.
Yours sincerely,
Administrator

Hi Barb,
Just a quick note to thank you for the great job you did
creating the Genesis
web site. Your service and quick response to
all our questions and concerns was very helpful. We have
had many good comments from potential brides who have found
us on the web and then come in to visit Genesis and ultimately
book their wedding with us. This is what it's all about
getting peoples attention then getting their business, you
did a great job in getting their attention. I hope we can
in turn help you get more business, as we will gladly recommend
you to anyone who inquires as to who did our web site. We
look forward to working with you again when it is time to
update our web site.
Yours truly,

Dear Barb,
I wanted to take the opportunity to reflect on the recent
implementation of the PrefNA
website that you developed for us. The structure, graphics,
and layout speaks for itself, and as you know, I am very
pleased with the results.
I think that it is more significant to for you to know
how I welcomed the business relationship between Preference
and Cassiopeia. As you recall, you presented your credentials,
and I agreed to have Cassiopeia develop the website for
us. You then developed the look and feel, as well as the
basic structure, while I continually dragged my feet on
getting you the content required. Due to your leadership
and persistence, I finally got you the required content.
It is also noteworthy, that I had paid you in advance for
the website development, and you did have the opportunity
to not deliver, due to delays that I caused, and then could
have rightfully walk away fully paid. You didn't do that,
instead you took the initiative to deliver in spite of my
continuous procrastination. I think that this demonstrates
the highest sense of business ethics that I've seen in many
years of dealing with suppliers.
You are to be lauded for the excellent results of the website,
but more importantly, I feel a sincere sense of pride for
knowing and dealing with someone with such high ethical
standards and professionalism.
My best wishes for your assured success.
